Pure Squid Meal is made from the blanket and visors of the Giant Squid.  It is a powerful attractant and source of micro ingredients such as cholesterol.  Widely used in pet food and aquaculture.

Squids are common to many areas (North Atlantic, Mediterranean, etc.) and are often available in excess of the human demand. The excess squid can be processed to produce squid meal and squid oil.

The Squid meal is an excellent supplemental source of crude protein that equals or exceeds that of fish meal in feeding applications.
