This Indonesian Tuna Fishmeal product is made from the by-products of Indonesian local tuna-canneries and are guaranteed to be made only from Tuna fish.  The main species used are Skipjack Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, and Big Eye Tuna.  They are perfectly steam cooked to preserve the nutritional value and to enhance the Tuna aroma and flavor of the tuna fishmeal.

The main benefits of our tuna fishmeal is it’s wonderful aroma that is a very good attractant that will increase the amount of feed consumed by your fish stock which means less feed waste and higher growth rate for a more efficient feed.  In addition, the Total Volitile Base Nitrogen (TVBN) for the tuna fishmeal is extremely low reflecting the use of only the freshest Indonesian Tuna in it’s manufacture.  Finally, the pepsin digestibility of this product is guaranteed to be a minimum of 90%.  Meaning that most of the protein on this product is readily digestible and nutritionally beneficial for your fish making this one of our most efficient fishmeal product.

Because the tuna fishmeal is not pressed to extract their valuable and expensive Tuna Fish Oil, the fat content may vary somewhat according to the species of Tuna used.  This potential for high fat content can be a cost saver for those that can make the best use of it.  The extra boost of energy this product provides reduces the need for the user to add Crude Palm Oil (CPO) or Fishoil to their formula.  Thus reducing cost of feed.  The oxidising effect of the high fat content is managed by the addition of anti-oxidant (ethoxyquin) and it’s low moisture content so that you can store these fishmeal safely without fear of excessive deterioration.
